Whether you are training for a specific fitness goal or looking for a training baseline, a fitness assessment can be useful in helping you accurately gauge your progress. The fitness assessment will test four factors: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.

Make your life a little easier by incorporating functional training into your fitness routine! This 60-minute class is designed to mimic movement patterns used in daily life to help you bend, lift, balance, push, pull, and twist with ease. Class will build core stability, endurance, and strength through functional movements using a variety of equipment including kettlebells, TRX straps, plates, barbells, etc.
