Maille O’Donnell is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor based in Oak Park, Illinois. She began her fitness journey as a competitive swimmer and moved on to discover a number of fitness modalities including yoga, triathlon training, weight training, running, group fitness, and functional training. Maille’s approach to fitness can be described as functional: she believes that fitness should enhance everyday well-being. She specializes in functional training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) but helps clients reach a variety of fitness and lifestyle goals. She enjoys designing creative and individualized programs and is dedicated to ensuring that each of her clients reaches their fitness goals and has fun while doing so!
When she’s not training clients or teaching classes, Maille can be found reading, writing, walking her dog, and finding fun new ways to cook vegetables.
