Functional Training Bootcamp

Make your life a little easier by incorporating functional training into your fitness routine! This 60-minute class is designed to mimic movement patterns used in daily life to help you bend, lift, balance, push, pull, and twist with ease. Class will build core stability, endurance, and strength through functional movements using a variety of equipment including kettlebells, TRX straps, plates, barbells, etc. 

  • Tuesdays at 7:00am

  • Thursdays at 7:00pm


DNS Flow

Do you ever wonder how babies learn how to walk? This 60-minute class focuses on the most innate human movement patterns to retrain your muscles and central nervous system to move more efficiently. You will develop stability and mobility at the joints by moving through a flow-based sequence inspired by the principles of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and yoga.

  • Tuesdays at 7:00am

  • Thursdays at 7:00pm


Stabilization Yoga 

This stability-focused yoga class will move through traditional yoga postures alongside DNS-style movements to promote core stability. Expect an inclusive class with creative sequencing.
